SMS privacy

OLLYCONN LLC (“OLLYCONN”, “we”) sends text messages from its toll-free number for Rebbe, an internal notification service. This page explains what we collect for those messages and what we do with it.

who gets these messages

Rebbe sends work-hours and schedule alerts to OLLYCONN’s owner only. It is not offered to the public, and we do not send marketing messages.

what we collect

• The mobile phone number that opted in to receive alerts.
• The content of the alerts we send, and delivery status from the carrier.

how we use it

Only to deliver the alerts that number asked for, and to troubleshoot delivery.

sharing

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. We use Amazon Web Services to send the messages; AWS processes the number only to deliver them.

keeping and deleting

We keep the number while alerts are active. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we then stop sending and delete the number from the alert list within 30 days.
